Principle and explanation

Understanding one’s ‘personality self’, including one’s perceptions and life-narrative is the beginning of healing. Complete understanding and experience of One’s Self is complete Healing. In this modality the healer uses mindful interventions like presence-based, guided introspection and gentle conversations to precipitate self awareness about one’s thoughts, emotional reactions, coping mechanisms, behaviours and subconscious mental patterns. This helps bring into cognition the core perspectives that shape one’s entire life and life-experiences including the diseases that one suffers from. There is a strong current of acceptance and compassion that runs through this process, without which the journey can turn inwardly blameful and harmful. Alongside self discovery and acceptance, self expression aids the healing by finding centred, honest channels of communication within one’s mind and outside in the world. Unique, creative, individualised tools and medium of self expressions are suggested and executed in a safe environment.
